SM-Mobile is an app to allow field service workers to keep track of all scheduled job appointments they have for the day (or week, or any other time period). The app gets data from the company server, and displays it on the mobile device. Then, the technician, or supervisor can easily see all of his/her jobs for the period. A finger-tap will reveal all details for the job.

The field technician can also get a signature from the customer, take photos at the jobs site, receive payments, including credit card payments, from the customer and record the details in the app.

SM-Mobile is designed to work in conjunction with Scheduling Manager, the multi-function scheduling, accounting and CRM software program designed for service businesses, from Thoughtful Systems.

In SM-Mobile, the technician can also see maps for all jobs for the day, or for a single job. Technician can also record notes about each job, record payment details and indicate start and end time for each job. That Mobile data is then synchronized back to the company server, where it is incorporated into Scheduling Manager.

SM-Mobile can be used by workers and management in a wide variety of field service businesses, including residential cleaning businesses, HVAC and electrical repair businesses, home health care businesses, liquid waste management, pest control, fire extinguisher management and other service businesses.
