Set a message and automatically reply to incoming text messages. Optionally, you can specify text used to filter incoming messages for auto-reply.

You can view a history of the most recent 20 messages sent by this app.

Please note that the auto-replies won't show up in the history of your default text message app because (as far as I know) it's impossible to make the default app send the message for you unless you manually press the send button each time. The messages are sent directly by this app, so your default app never sees them.
