This app enables the user to report problems with various utility services (electric, gas, cable, and water) as well as current environmental hazards (flooding, problems, with street lights, sidewalks, or roads). This app can also view problems in their area that have been reported by other people (and map their general location). By sharing this information with your community, you can let others know about problems in your area. By including the name of the service provider, you can help identify consistently poor service.

Users can choose to enter their account information; account information will only be made available to the service providers, in order to efficiently handle reports and improve communication between the customer and the service provider. This option can be turned on and off easily.

To report a problem, tap the button that most closely resembles the problem. Update the map to see where other people have reported problems. Address information is never uploaded...only the corresponding GPS coordinates are sent with a report. Use this app and encourage your utility service provider and your city government to participate in this collective sharing of information and reporting problems.

This app can also be used during/after storms or other disruptions. Let your community know where there are problems with power, cable, internet, gas, and water services. Also, you can let others know about road and sidewalk hazards, down power lines, water line leaks, or flooding. This app facilitates communication between members of a community: by reporting problems, you let other people who are experiencing the same problem know that they are not alone, and can provide insight into the extent of a problem.
