This program can convert a point code from one format to another. Supported are three formats. Decimal, 4-3-4-3 that is widely used in Germany and also 3-8-3 format. You need to enter one format, press calculate, and the other two formats will be automatically calcuated.

In addition, through the menu, you can select the ISUP release cause menu. There you can enter the numerical release cause, and get the text or description.
