Age Bar:

The maximum and the minimum ages of all the applicants should be as follows: 20 years and 25 years with effect from 1st January 2014. The candidates belonging to the reserved categories (SC/ST/EXS) will be given a relaxation in the upper ages as per the government rules made for this purpose.

Selection Process:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the following examinations- Written Examination, PET (Physical Endurance Test), Skill Test and Interview/ Personality Tests respectively held for all the eligible candidates on the dates as specified for this purpose.

Sub Inspector Exam Date 2014 Recruitment Details & Official Notification

The Staff Selection Commission conducts the recruitment exam for the selection of candidates in the Sub Inspector Posts and Assistant Sub Inspector Posts through a common All India Examination, Physical Endurance Test, Medical Examination and Interview / personality tests respectively. The recruitment exam is conducted for the Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF).

The recruitment is open for all the eligible graduates who are of the 20-25 years of age group with effect from the date of online applications.
