MAIN FOCUS

The application’s goal is to give support to the end user, home or business facilities, to handle the Schneider Electric’s Smart Struxure Lite (SSL) solution. The easy to use and customizable application, allow you the remote and local control of your plant.

TARGET

The SxwLite application users are many and different, we can group in :

- End Users (Owners or tenants of automated buildings controlled by SSL).

- Building Manager (For building maintenance)

- Engineers (For the plant start-up and commissioning ).

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE PREREQUISITES

The mandatory prerequisites for a proper run of the SxwLite application are:

- Android device with operating system version 4.0.3,or higher.

- MPM - Schneider Electric device with firmware version 2.8 or higher.

SYSTEM TOPOLOGY

The link between the Android device and the Schneider Electric device can take place over the intranet or over the internet(3G connection),but in the second case the Schneider Electric device need to have a public IP address.

FEATURES VERSION 1.0 (FREE)

With this version of SxwLite application you can manage parameters in the MPM device, to control building plant.

You can read values, statuses of the light or the HVAC plants, you can change values or switch on and off lights. You can modify temperature set-point and every things is managed from MPM.

The SxwLite v1.0 is cost-free and up to date it has been tested with up to 500 objects

It supports only the below list of objects for reading and writing access:

AI : Analog Input

AO : Analog Output

BI : Binary Input

BO : Binary Output

AV : Analog Value

BV : Binary Value

The application have an auto-learning feature to create the network structure without user configuration, just asking to the MPM.

Once the SxwLite application take in the structure an reconstruct the network, you can modify values, change command and see what ever you have in the MPM device, to manage your plant.

You can control local plant with intranet connection(Wireless link), or remote plant via internet access(3G connection).

The view of the application doesn’t support the rotation of the screen, you have only vertical view. The resolution is fitted for smartphones.

The language support both Italian and English texts.
