If the response is DO NOT KNOW, that should prompt an immediate investigation to ensure that safe injection practice is indeed in place. The goal of this first iteration of the application is to facilitate a monitoring process that can prevent patient harm. To utilize the application effectively, the individual assessing safe injection practice should have knowledge of the processes and be skilled in their evaluation.
