SafeItUp is your one-stop app for personal safety. It’s great for parents of teenage children, people dating and socialising, elderly people living alone, adventure sport enthusiasts, people who need to make house calls or conduct person-to-person meetings as part of their business, Tradesmen working alone, or anyone who may be in a potentially dangerous situation and wants to automatically notify help if something goes wrong.Set your check-in details, enter your check-in contacts, and your location will be sent to your contacts if you fail to check-in at the appointed times. You can set SafeItUp to send notifications when you check-in we well as alerts if you miss a check in, or only to send the alerts when you miss a check-in. Check-in regularity can be set to occur several times an hour or day over a specific period, daily (or weekly), or for a one-off check in at some stage in the future. SafeItUp also has a voluntary “Track-Me” feature so that friends or family can track your location for short journeys (late night cab rides or walks home for example), a Help button to alert your contacts, and an Emergency feature which will place a call to your nominated emergency services, or family/friend’s, contact number. There are a number of additional security features to ensure only the right people can check-in, turn the app on/off, and secretly send notifications when checking in under duress.SafeItUp currently ONLY WORKS APP-TO-APP.
