SafePlug is working on background also. But sometimes android-system is need of more memory and can shutdown SafePlug. But if you start SafePlug and activate it and then but screen lock on, it almost always work correctly. We are working to make it more secure, but we are fighting against android-system-memory-management. Safest way is not to overload your android while using SafePlug.
