Sales-Buddy is a fast and easy way to capture new sales leads via your smart phone or tablet when you’re working with potential customers. Sales-Buddy pulls customer information from the “More Than Rewards Loyalty Cloud”, which includes data from YOUR existing point-of-sale (POS) system! Sales-Buddy currently supports HyperDrive CRM, Rider Rewards, H-D CONNECT, DealerCRM, V-SEPT, Traffic Log Pro (TLP), Talon ES, Talon 2, LightSpeed NXT, LightSpeed Cloud, LightSpeed EVO, PSN, ARI, 50 Below, Dealer Spike, as well as many other online data resources such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

SALES-BUDDY IS OPTIMIZED FOR HYPERDRIVE CRM

The key difference between using Sales-Buddy with HyperDrive CRM versus other CRM systems is when using HyperDrive CRM, the Sales-Buddy app will automatically create sales leads directly within HyperDrive CRM system. If you are not using HyperDrive CRM, then the leads you enter into Sales-Buddy will be sent to the email address you entered when you registered the Sales-Buddy app.

This allows you to use Sales-Buddy with ANY CRM system that supports an email “drop box”. So, if you have an email address which forwards to a “lead capture” account for your current CRM, like a general sales@yourdealership.com type of address, we suggest using that email instead of a personal email.
