My first job, I was working in the Bank ( OUB- Asia Currency Unit Fixed Deposit ) I find that the job was not so challenging , desk bound and was boring and not existing. After that I was introduce to do marketing, Real Estate Business. I was totally new, I started to find this job is the kind of job challenging and satisfaction that I am looking for. Till today Marketing is already in my blood, I really love the job, very fortunate to be in this industrial.

I was also a Celebrity in Sports (Badminton), I was called to represent Singapore year 1985 SEA Games, I got a bronze medal. I have won more than 150 championships accomplishments since schooling till today, I got a lot of supporters and good friends that also supported me, always encouraged me during my Real Estate career selling their properties, buying , renting, and recommendation etc..

My first Real estate company wanted to be specialization in Private development only, meaning we only can sell Landed and condominiums etc.., everyday we need to interact with those professional clients: Doctor, lawyers, Engineer,Bankers, Businessman etc.. They are the peoples who can afford all this properties. When always I saw I succeeded in a task, I felt proud and accomplished.
