For the mixture take butternut, ginger ground, cinnamon ground, and sugar along with vanilla essence all together. Blend all these into a food processor. Blend them well so that the mixture becomes smooth. Then add cream along with eggs to the mixture. Blend it again. Now take some pie shells. Take your final mixture and pour it into the shell. Put the pie shells in an oven for baking about forty minutes. Keep your eyes open. If they are getting burnt then you could cover them with a foil paper. In this way your pastry would not burn. When you see no longer sloppiness in the filling, your pie becomes ready. You may check it with a knife. If nothing sticks to the knife, then you may say that the pie is firm. When it becomes ready, take off the foil. Add some cream for final serving.
