With this App you can listen to live streams of California's Police, Fire, EMT, EMS dispatch, rail

Please note: when you open a station it will remain on "buffering" for a couple of seconds (up to 1 min - please be patient!.). After that, the station is live. If you do not hear anything does'nt mean, that the station is not working! It only means, that there is currently no radio traffic!

California Scanner Radio offers over 200 Live Feeds.

Stations are sorted by county!, metro areas, weather radio

To listen to live streams: choose station, click play button (to stop, click stop button).

Radio will automatically stop when you receive a call

This is an ad-supported App, free of charge.

There is also a paid, ad-free version of this App available. Please search for "California Scanner Radio" in you app store.

I recommend a fast internet connection for top app performance. Wifi, 4G, etc.

I have test the app and all live streams are working without skipping. If you still find errors, please report them to me. Thank you and enjoy!

When you exit the app while a radio station is still active and playing, you can see a small music note in the notification bar. That is how you can get back to the app and either stop or change the station. App will not be listed in Task Manager.
