See Better is designed to make the most of the Windows Phone to assist people with visual problem. It is a live video player with a text to speech function.

Live video captured is enhanced in sharpness and colors could also be tuned for deficiency in color vision. Edge detection is used when sharpness enhancement is set to maximum and would be useful in situations like reading bank notes. Colour tuning targets the three typical color blindness conditions and, together with sharpness enhancement, attempts to enable the user to better distinguish colors in the images.

Copy and paste text in small print/low contrast on the "paste illegible text" page. The text would be pasted in large font and could be read out for you.
