This app was developed to help naval persons, beach patrol lifeguards, and beachgoers learn the language of semaphore. Many semaphore dialects exist; the flag positions in this app are inspired by the Beach Patrol organizations of both Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD. The semaphore avatars are displayed as if you are facing the sender. Enjoy!
