Mew and B&O; PLAY by Bang & Olufsen cherish music and sound. So together they have created an engaging musical experience that showcases the joy of sound.

The app awakens our fastest sense of all – hearing. Through intriguing sound localization challenges, the user gets to engage with Mew’s music on an even deeper level.

The gameplay consists of 3 levels called “Sound Spaces”, where users must seek differences in intensity, spectral and timing cues to locate sounds. The app presents sound as a very physical phenomenon, and users will experience how sound can travel and switch character depending on its location. The mobile device will detect movements, which allow users to aim at the sound by moving their device accordingly. Each challenge has its own distinctive audio experience.

When the third level is completed the user will get a fascinating bonus feature. The bonus feature is an interactive sound experience, where users can manipulate and play around with an alternative version of the upcoming Mew single by using different touch gestures. The bonus feature will also include exclusive background videos.
