This grants the agent the ability to successfully complete all the required tasks before ever leaving the property, greatly reducing the processing time. The agent then has the ability to follow the progress of the request through all the steps and manage their individual pipeline real-time. The office administrator will be provided with access to the agent management dashboard upon successfully registering for and completing the training.
