Shark Masq allows you to have a caching DNS server on your device.

This provides increased security by letting you select the DNS server of

your choice for a given URL while blocking other, selected URLs.

A slightly faster Internet browsing speed is an added benefit of caching

DNS directly on the device, as the URL request will happen within the device

itself.

* DNSMasq functions as a lightweight caching DNS server

* Functional on MIPS, x86 (32bit), and Arm (v7) based devices

Note:

* For rooted devices only (This app will not work if your device is not rooted)

* MIPS tested in emulator only.

* Some tether apps may not function properly when Shark Masq is active.

* Tested on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Cyanogenmod 11 only.

* Installing the app on external card may cause the app to receive the boot completed message to late and not start up on boot.

* Apps like tasker can cause issues with this app.

* Untested on Android 5.0 (Lollipop).
