You can edit or delete any vessel in your fleet.Create master lists of certificates by either using the built in sample or by importing you own list of certificates (as CSV file), provided it has the following eleven (11) columns:Certificate Category, Certificate Name, Date of Issue, Place of Issue, Last Survey Date, Expire date, Valid Period, Window before (-), Window after (+), Status, Remarks.For those of you having problems with your excel creating csv file you can download the “Master List CSV converter.xls” from developer’s web site.You can edit, add, delete any certificate in the master list so that you can customize the list in any way suits you. You can create as many master lists as you want or even import them as CSV files, and name them so that can be distinguished easily.Assign master list of certificates to any vessel creating thus the vessel’s list or assign them in group of vessels.You can edit, add, delete any certificate in the vessel list in any way suits you.You can also group certificates by selecting a “basic” certificate and group with it as many certificates as you wish on to it, so that by changing the issue or expire dates to the basic certificates the group certificate get the dame information as well. Groups can be separately viewed in order to ensure better control on them.Exporting of certificates for any vessel as csv is useful if you want to update PC files (Excel files or databases) which can import csv files.Set alert on how many days before expire date will show you the alert “due”. This is applicable only for certificates that have no “window before” date. Certificates with window prior / after period use these window date for alert by default.Select which of the eleven fields that can be visible for the certificates you wish to hide or unhide, except the certificate name, expire date and status.Set date format.Status: The application monitors the due and overdue dates of the certificates.Certificates that have only expire date set, you get a “due” notification from the alert date until the expire date. After that you get “overdue” notification.For certificates that have “window before” date you get an “open” indication from that date until the expire anniversary date. Then you get a “due” notification for the period starting from the anniversary date up to “window after” date. After that you get “overdue” notification.For the due/overdue/open indicated certificates you can have filter options to set date period to view, sort them alphabetically, from earliest to latest date and of course to update them with the new data.Timeline: With this feature you can search out certificates for all vessels expiring within a user defined period and sort them alphabetically or from earliest to latest dates.Finally you can search the history of each certificate for all vessels.Check on maker’s website to find out more details and photo help guides.
