The ShopBot IC (In Control) Remote application allows you to operate your ShopBot 3 software using your Android device. Make all of your preparation steps prior to cutting using your Android over a wireless connection. Move in X, Y and Z, move home, zero X, Y and Z and so on.

I am a ShopBot Desktop user. I love my ShopBot but wanted an easier way to control it when doing things like zeroing the three axes and making small movements to position the spindle before zeroing. On my Desktop model I'm only a short distance away from the computer. You folk with the Buddy and larger machines are even further away. Now you can make all of your adjustments with your Android without having to be right next to your computer.

Your Android device communicates with the ShopBot software via a server process. You need to download this separately and install it on the computer to which you have the ShopBot connected.
