After updating from version 2.0 to 2.1, some users have reported an issue where tapping the application shortcut on their device home screen results in the message “Application Not Installed” being displayed. We apologize for this inconvenience.

To resolve this issue, simply remove the old Shortcut icon and replace it with a new one using the following steps:

1. Tap and hold on the Shutterfly shortcut icon on your device home screen until the screen changes to allow you to drag the icon.

2. Drag and drop the icon to the trash icon to remove it. (This does not uninstall the application, but just removes the invalid shortcut.)

3. Tap the “Apps” button on your device. Find the Shutterfly icon in your applications list. Tap and hold the icon and drag it onto your home home screen.
