This app blocks the humming, buzzing, and background interference noises that come through connected headphones or speakers. You can enable or disable the "shield" from an expandable Notification in the Notification Bar. Disabling it when not required saves battery power.

Android Jelly Bean version is required in order to function with the expandable Notification. This is a Beta version, and may not work on devices that are not Rooted.
