If you have recently updated your Android phone to Android 5.0 Lollipop, then you might have noticed, Google has removed the "Silent Mode" option. It's not sure, if this is a bug or this has just been removed by Google.
You can get "Silent Mode" by choosing "None" notification mode but it disables alarm alerts as well which is not a very good option.
Until this problem get solved by Google, you can use my app for "Silent mode"option.
