A simple notepad without ads. It's simple and gets the job done.

Simplad is the successor to and complete rewrite of EZ Padd, which had major bugs and an essential part of the project got corrupted there for I could not publish new versions.

Features:

* Saves and opens files in any format: txt, css, js, ect.

* Theme integrates well into all Android versions

* Simple interface

* Auto-complete, auto-correct, auto-capitalize, and spell check if your keyboard supports it

* Very small

Notes:

* It requires an SD card if your device does not have an "internal SD" card. This is because it looks for "external storage directory" which is the SD card or the internal SD card depending on the device.

* When creating a new file you have to add .txt (or whatever the extension you want) to the end.

To-Do list:

* Add an extension selection so you do not have to add .txt to new files

* Add the ability to use "internal" notes

* Add theme changing

* Add SUPad mode (root mode)

* Add chunk-writing for large files

Explanation of permissions:

* Internet: This is for error reporting and checking for important notes, such as if there was a re-listing due to a problem with the project files (for prevention of what happened with EZ Padd)

* Read/Write to SD Card: Well, to read and write files.
