This app displays 35 RSS News Feeds from various publications around the world. You select the feeds you want to see in the settings page by tapping the settings button on the application bar. Some of the Feeds are from the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Reuters, ESPN, The Telegraph, La Figaro, Shanghai Daily, and many more.

It is a panoroma app with three panels: News Sources, Article LIst and Article. The app supports landscape viewing only due to the width of the text.

To read the news, simply select a news source from the first panel. The articles available for that source will then display in the second panel. Selecting an article from the article list will display the article in a web browser in the third panel.

Each news feed is different. Almost all are formatted wonderfully for viewing on a phone; a few are not. Finally, it is always possible that a news source will change the URL of its RSS feed so that it no longer works. I will try to monitor that and make an update available if needed.
