SkyPhoto Synchronize provides you with a solution to intelligently upload and auto-categorize your on-phone pictures to Skydrive. Photos are uploaded at the maximum allowed resolution (currently 2048x2048) and auto-filed into subfolders which are created as needed.

You may have your pictures either sorted into folders by where they were taken (town, state) or by a variety of date groupings.

- Added some prompts to lead new users through initial configuration

- A few stability tweaks from the crash logs feedback

- Removed some MS Live permission requests that weren't needed

- Added a counter to indicate how much bandwidth is used during the upload

- Added an option to downscale to 2048x2048 before upload, to conserve bandwidth

- Made messages a little more informative and friendly

Because I've upgraded to Windows Phone 8, and this is now built-in functionality, I've released the source code in case it can help someone else.
