Welcome to Sleep Safe by 5711. Sleep Safe was developed to keep watch for crime when you are sleeping. It uses your smartphones camera to detect movement. Once movement has been detected, it will prompt you with a pass code. If you fail to enter the correct pass code, the phone will call or text (or both) the emergency contact set in the applications preferences. To set the preferences, click the menu button when you are at the menu of the application.

Once you start the monitor, you will have 30 seconds to set your phone in the location you want it to watch over. If the alarm goes off, you have 5 seconds to enter the correct passcode or the phone will alert the emergency contact.

TIP: Place the phone where there won't be unintended movement as this movement may set off the motion sensor. Windows and outdoors may have unintended motion, so be careful when placing the phone.

TIP: Be sure to plug in the power cord.
