This is a sliding puzzle similar to Fifteen. Instead of moving the tiles you use the arrows to move.

There are arrows on all 4 sides. Every time you click an arrow the tile you shift off the grid will appear at the other end. Click on the up or down arrow to shift the tiles up or down respectively. Click on the left or right arrow to shift the tiles left or right respectively.

Once you select the level, you will be able to start the game after the shuffling is complete.

You win by putting the numbers back in order left to right then top to bottom.
