„The rule of 6000 kj has entirely changed my life“, says Tomáš, the man behind Slim tasty. „I was 33 and I was thoroughly enjoying what I like the best – tasty food from great ingredients. Unfortunately, this has left a mark on my weight. At one moment I told myself ENOUGH – and I started finding a way on how to keep eating amazing food and at the same time keep a healthy diet so that I would lose weight. Of course, I did not throw myself into „official“ diets but I followed one simple rule – eat whatever you want, while keeping the daily calorie intake around 6000-7000 kj. And it worked. As I love outstanding and healthy food, I first set up a food blog and as time went by, me and my colleagues got to create a cookbook for perhaps the most popular device of today – the iPad.“We therefore bring you an interactive cookbook that tries to incorporate different goals: Teach us on how to cook with fantasy (various ingredients, that we don´t consider as a usual part of diet), from quality ingredients while keeping the calorie intake suitable for long term weight-loss. The cookbook Slim tasty includes not only 21 proved recipes but also several videos tackling the stages of the cooking process.
