SlipWave is a new sci-fi, arcade style, shooter game. Its a space adventure game where you are put in command of Earth's first true starship, the Argo.

Once you complete your basic training, you will be asked to take the Argo and fly through the Solar System to rendezvous with Outpost Station, a long abandoned alien base.

There, your ship will be outfitted with weapon and engine upgrades. You will undertake a series of missions where you will do your best to fight off the attack from alien hordes that are committed to doing battle and making war with Earth.

SlipWave supports both mobile phones and tablets, and will work with all devices having android 2.1 and above, including Honeycomb. Its graphics are optimized for 1280x800 resolution, but will scale to any device.

SlipWave can be played with easy or hard difficulty levels and is highly configurable, offering a range of interaction options. The user has the option of navigating using the touch (tap) screen control, or using the accelerometer and orientation sensors to control the movement of the spacecraft.

For more challenging gameplay, the game can be configured to use real physics to control the spacecraft's motion.
