Smart Alarm achieves this by performing intermittent weather checks based on your current location to ensures you have an accurate, credible weather alarm. If Smart Alarm detects your weather conditions will not be met, it then disables and activates your backup alarm (if you set one) as necessary. It is supported in all countries and cities around the world and also tailored to suit your personalised Windows Phone colour theme, it also includes a 7-day forecast too!
