Smart Interviewer Trial offer multiple services from conducting interview to view results for each candidate. It also shares the view for each member in a panel of interviewers. Every member can see how each person have rated the candidate and he can also add the comments about the candidate.

Users can register a group . Then he would have provision to add different departments. Each department would have attributes required to rate a candidate and users can manually add according to his requirement. Users also have the provision to add positions in each department.

Registered Group will have unique group name and password. Then users can login in the app with this group name and password and add his name as panel member. Now you are ready to conduct an interview and can also view his interview reports and how other member in panel feels for the candidates.
