Smartserv is bridge between customers and service provider(SP). Service provider like doctor, lawyer, mechanic, beautician, florist,shopkeeper,cabdriver,hotel etc (whosever provides services) can use this app. Customer can book or cancel a service by sending an SMS to SP's mobile number ex: "BOOK", "CANCEL". Based on the SP's availability, booking time is automatically computed and confirm the booking. Customer can book the services in many ways through SMS and All the bookings are maintained in a queue. when the SP finishes 1 customer, Smartserv will automatically inform the status to the next customers in the Queue. Smartserv continuously sends reminders to SP & customers regarding the bookings & status. SP can send bulk SMSes or advertisements or news to his/her customers based on their bookings for various days & durations , can view various reports related to customers & revenues & history for various days & schedules. Data backup is automatically send to SP's email address everyday.
