This innovative App – SmartCare Healthcare Provider Locator – will help members quickly and easily locate any doctor or facility, including urgent care facilities, in the SmartCare Network from their Android™ device. The App leverages your location to help you find a doctor that is close by, giving you real-time information at your fingertips.

Something new to this version of the App is the concierge level perks that are included. Things like a free massage for a woman after she delivers her baby. In addition to listing the perks there are phone numbers to call and hot links take advantage of the perks. Available perks vary by hospital and facility.

The App is free and easy to use. Here's what you can access:

SmartCare Provider Physicians, Clinics, Urgent Care facilities, and Hospitals: Easily find addresses, maps, estimated drive times and phone numbers for SmartCare providers and facilities.

SmartCare Provider Physicians: Obtain addresses, maps and phone numbers for primary care or specialist physicians.

SmartCare Urgent Care Facilities: Instead of a long wait and expensive bill at the emergency room, find the closest urgent care center.
