SmsControl

SmsControl is a completely free (and ad-free) app for Windows Phone that allows you to create your own remote for sms-controlled devices, or sms executed tasks. This is particularly useful for devices that are case sensitive and/or whose control requires several special characters.

Typical usage scenarios include:

- Top-ups by sms

- Control home automation devices such as

- Lock/Unlock doors

- Turn lights on/off

- Turn on coffee machine

- Activate/deactivate wife

- Send messages you send every day

- e.g., "Honey, I'm leaving work right now, be there in 30 minutes"

- ...

Issues

------

Currently, *Windows Phone* does not yet support background sms sending. Hence instead of executing the desired task, a composer window is opened. However, as soon as support for background texting is available, this will be updated.

This app is still very young. If you have any **feature requests** or in case you might encounter **bugs**, feel free to report them on our [issue tracker].
