The person has the option to click "yes" or "no" to whether they want to chat with you. If they choose "yes", congrats! If they choose "no", don't worry, at least you gave it a try, right? Either option the person chooses will allow the both of you to take a "SocialBreaker Selfie" that you can upload to your Facebook or Twitter accounts to show that you had success or that you at least tried.
