This is a very simple application for enabling soft buttons on rooted phones. It just append the string qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 to /system/build.prop. Clearly, you can modify this file by yourself... the purpose of this app is only to save a few of your time!
It is also possible to deactivate the soft buttons if activated by this app. The new version creates a backup file of /system/build.prop. To deactivate the soft buttons, the app just restores the backup file. The previous deactivation method is also available by pressing the button "Deactivate (CM11)", but please note that a few users reported boot loop within this method.
* Known issues *
- Does not work on Lenovo a706 stock ROM
- Four users reported bootloop after clicking the "Deactivate (CM11)" button on ROMs different from CM11.
