Spelling - My First WordsThis is a app aimed at reception and year 1 Children. This educational app is fun for the kids as they have thirty levels of 10 words each starting with easy 3 letter words and gradually increasing to easy 6 letter words.There are two modes ; Practice; this mode shows an image and the word to spell for a sec on or two before being wiped away by the blackboard eraser - the child has to remember what they saw and type in the correct spelling - if correct they are rewarded with a well done - if wrong the word is spelt out for them and they can try again.Test mode; the image is displayed and the child is asked to spell the word.
