Build

A custom workout builder allows users to create their own workouts from scratch, choosing from a predefined database of exercises or adding their own they can create a personalised fitness experience.

Train

The trainer feature brings the workouts to life, loading in times and allowing the user to give feedback the trainer provides the perfect timer, coach and diary rolled into one. The trainer has youtube integration which provides you with relevant videos of any exercise you are currently training should you need it.

Review

The review feature displays the results of workouts, given the feedback from the trainer function it displays information on each workout, allowing the user to review what they did during each set of every exercise. Spot.me analysis will analyse each session for you, comparing it to every session before it can establish how well you performed in your workout. Spot.me analysis also track rep and weight records, notifying you when you best your previous records on exercises.

Spot.me allows you to share your workouts with your friends, or co workers or even clients if you a personal trainer.
