Step It Up ABQ mobile app has been designed to link to the Step It Up Albuquerque community website. This free app provides the user with the ability to:
1. Link to your Step It Up Albuquerque account. Simply enter your current account user name and password.
2. Journal your activity, weight, food, body measurements, blood pressure, LDL/HDL and other information, similar to the website.
3. Manage your account information, such as; weight, weight goals and daily calories intake goals.
4. View and send messages to the groups you have membership.
5. View information on your personal alerts and your accountability partners.
