How to use the app

• Daily check and notifications

Each morning you’ll be sent a motivational message (make sure you allow the notifications in your settings to ensure you receive these and get the most of the app). Update the app with how you are doing to tailor the day-by-day content according to your personal progress throughout the 28 days.

• Stoptober Me

You can use the camera on your phone to take a picture of yourself, a family member or a special location and insert the famous Stoptober wheel into your picture

• Badges

You’ll be rewarded for progress, milestones and many more achievements throughout the 28 days

• Craving help

If you have a craving, there is a ‘help’ button with tips and distractions to help you get through the tough times. You can personalise your support using photos, audio and videos.
