PURPOSE OF THIS APPLICATION:Continued improvement and transformation is the goal of ACT's operations. This app replaces traditional paper "welcome packages". It contains all administrative notes (i.e: agenda's, bios, maps etc) for the 2015 Strategic Military Partner Conference (SMPC). With this app you will be able to receive up-to-the-minute updates and you can opt-in to receive push notifications on your device. This will allow you to be notified of movement times, last-minute agenda/location changes and other pertinent information. You can also connect with other conference attendees in ways that you were not able to previously that will foster continued NATO-Partner relationships as well as relationships with other Partner nations.PURPOSE OF SMPC:SMPC is a core event within SACT's Strategic Engagement Campaign. Its target audience consists of CHODs of NATO, Partnership for Peace (PfP), Mediterranean Dialogue (MD), Istanbul Cooperation Initiative (ICI) and Partners across the Globe (PatG), and informs them about NATO's transformational efforts. By creating a common understanding amongst a wide array of partners and members of the Alliance alike, the intent of SMPC is to facilitate the exchange of ideas regarding transformation throughout the trans-Atlantic community. SACT will take the findings from SMPC to craft best military advice regarding NATO's transformational efforts.
