Stree2lab is a research and design laboratory focusing on documenting the urban activity in the contemporary city.

Cities have become like open air galleries with their many expressions of ephemeral art, architecture and cityscape. Street art is an authentic contemporary art form and through Stree2lab we celebrate urban artists by sharing their art with the world. We begin with Barcelona, a city with a wonderful and rich tradition of street art culture!

The app is an online catalog of cities with unique urban art, architecture and cityscape, with maps documenting their locations. You can navigate through the map or through the galleries, clicking on whichever piece or location you’re curious about. You’ll find information files for each piece. You will also find recommended routes each week!

We support artists and collaborate with them through our Streettoo project - the world’s first line of temporary tattoos based on items found on the streets of its most vibrant cities.

We believe that street art and graffiti are like tattoos upon the skin of the city, and with that idea we developed an exclusive line of temporary tattoos for you to wear on your own skin.
