Studio 42 Kickboxing was founded by Joe Panierello and Alec Frank in early 2014. We hold private lessons for boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, strength and conditioning, and MMA. We also implement co-ed kickboxing classes for men, woman, and teens that are based around proper kickboxing techniques and the most cutting edge plyometric conditioning exercises.

Our goal is to form a family friendly environment fitting for a wide variety of individuals. If you're looking to expand your fighting career, gain knowledge of the sport, or to implement this sport and our conditioning program in to a healthy way of life, than we will guide you throughout your entire experience.
