Sym3 Operator for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is a native client application for the Sym3 Operator SCADA system by BCS Group enabling mobile monitoring and control of your industrial plant. Control actions are encrypted and user name and password protected with server side authentication, authorization and input validation. The app connects to Sym3 Operator Server version 4.1 or later and features 2D or 3D graphics of your site with intuitive touch interface for zooming, panning, and rotation. The integrated alarm and search functionality allows maintenance personnel to quickly locate a problem and attend to it without referring back to the control room.Initially Sym3 Operator connects to our sample server demonstrating the monitoring of an airport baggage handling system and the real-time tracking of individual items (bags in this case).
