The Chrono Registry APP, called TCR Lite, is the user's mobile interface to The Chrono Registry services  for watch owners, jewelers and Watch Brands.  We have developed a Services Platform running on the Cloud which provides valuable services for those people concerned about not being fooled into buying a fake watch or are concerned about recuperating a lost or stolen watch.Our first LITE version of the APP contains the basic functions of "Registry", "Search for Serial Numbers", and "Declare Stolen or Found".  You may also transfer "title" of your watch to someone that has bought it form you.  Thus we establish a "traceability" of a valued watch from the factory through to its current owner.  We also allow free access to Law Enforcement worldwide so that they may put on the "Stolen" database, those watches which they have recovered but have no way to find the owner.
