Typing Keyboard layouts for ssh and other terminal users. Works with ConnectBot, etc.

This app only contains layouts; it requires Typing Keyboard to function.

Layouts included:

1. *nix, standard punctuation: Ctrl in the caps lock spot, best for emacs users. Long press on the Alt key to produce escape.

2. *nix, optimized punctuation: Same as above, but with shell punctuation more accessible. Good for smaller screen.

3. vi, standard punctuation. Ctrl and Escape are switched. (Note that Escape, Key is the same as Alt + Key)

4. vi, optimized punctuation.

5. PC Lookalike. Nearly identical to the typical PC keyboard. Includes Meta keys; these are only likely to be usable at all on Honeycomb devices or better.
