TXT Shield™ Gold helps drivers avoid distractions from incoming text messages. When TXT Shield™ Gold has been installed and activated, incoming texts are not displayed while you are driving and a message is automatically delivered to the sender of the text message letting them know that you will respond to their text later.

Key Features:

Administrative Notifications – If TXT Shield™ Gold is uninstalled or the GPS functionality is disabled, the mobile phone and two additional mobile numbers can be programmed to receive alerts. This feature is important when TXT Shield™ Gold has been installed on an employee’s or young adult’s mobile phone.

Auto On/Off – TXT Shield™ Gold is automatically activated when the vehicle has reached a constant speed and turns off after it has confirmed that the vehicle has stopped. With TXT Shield™ Gold, the administrator can set the activation speed between 10 mph and 40 mph.

Auto Reply – TXT Shield™ Gold provides the administrator a choice between one of three pre-scripted messages or the administrator can create a custom message (limited to 140 characters) that is delivered to the sender of a text message.

On/Off Feature – TXT Shield™ Gold permits the administrator to turn off the app for any period of time. This feature is valuable if the administrator determines that the end user will not be driving for a certain amount of time.

On/Off Password - TXT Shield™ Gold permits the administrator to turn off the password protection. If the password is off - the user can access the phones settings and the TXT Shield app.

Location-based apps typically consume more battery as they depend on the consistent communication between a device’s GPS and local cell towers. However, the proprietary technology used in TXT Shield™ Gold is designed to optimize battery life when the app is in use while still ensuring the highest level of performance and functionality.
