For this update we made some improvements and added two new features. Users of Talk Stream will find that the host images on the list have been increased in size to make it easier for them to select a show. We also improved the landscape view with the cover-flow presentation. There are also two new features that have been requested by our users:Listen LinesWe now offer a Listen Line for many of the top talk shows. Clicking on the Listen Line number gives the user the option to save data by using their minutes to listen to the show. Normal toll charges will apply and there is no extra charge to listen for the users with unlimited minute plans. Users should bookmark their favorite shows for the times when they have limited access to data, wifi or for in-car listening via Hands Free.Sleep TimerMany uses have told us that they sleep with their iPhone or iPad and that they listen to talk radio as a sleep aid; often waking up in the middle of the night to find the audio still on. So we added a Sleep Timer. The app will now close the stream by the user selecting 30, 60 or 90 minutes. This feature is found on the listen page.This app offers a large selection of live talk shows and is easy to use. It will work on the the: iPhone, iTouch and iPad. The app is always serving up new “live” shows. The shows will appear on the list only when they are live or in replay. The most popular talk shows will rise to the top of the list based on how many users are actually listening at that moment. Scroll down the list to see all the shows. If you don't see your favorite talk show on the list you can check to see when it is scheduled to air at www.TalkStreamLive.com.
