You can tell Cortana to launch Shakespeare. Just say "Shakespeare, compliment Sally" or "Shakespeare, insult Sally" and hand your phone to Sally so she can hear what you think of her.
The trial version only allows you five comments at a time. Register the app and Shakespeare will speak to your friend as many times as you like.
